Our Story

Diversified Marine began in 1984 in Portland, Oregon (North Portland Harbor) founded by Kurt Redd in his early 20s. He ventured out on his own to build one of the greatest boatyards on the West Coast. Kurt, with vision and passion, launched Diversified Marine. They are the leaders of award-winning boats across the country. Diversified Marine is only successful because of its people, who are accustomed to working hard and passionate about quality craftsmanship. With a team of men and women, Diversified Marine began.
